Delete your account and your data
Last updated: 5 October 2026
You can delete your XerraDa account yourself, at any time, without writing to anyone. It is immediate and permanent: it cannot be undone.
From the app (recommended)
- Open XerraDa and go to the Profile tab.
- Scroll down to “Delete my account” and tap it.
- We tell you what is going to be deleted (“Delete your account?”) and you confirm.
- A final confirmation appears: tapping “Delete permanently” removes your account.
What is deleted
- Your account and your sign-in (email and phone).
- Your profile: name, date of birth, gender, preferences, municipality, bio, intention, orientation, lifestyle and hobbies.
- Your photos: profile photos, the originals of ephemeral photos and their blurred versions are also destroyed on Cloudinary.
- Your matches (chats), your messages, stickers and voice notes.
- Your gem balance and history, and the stickers you unlocked.
- Your attendance at events in the agenda.
- Your subscription or XerraDer tier, if you had one.
- Your reports and blocks (they are only used for safety).
What is not deleted
- Events published in the agenda (Uep!): they are not your data, we only unlink your attendance.
- We keep no copy of your profile, your photos or your messages. We could only keep some data if a specific legal obligation required it (for example, a request from an authority).
If you cannot sign in
Write to us from the email address you registered with at info@xerrada.app saying that you want to delete your account. We process the request and confirm once it is done.
To know what data we process and why, see the Privacy Policy.
